Great Weekend of Food

NT Stories

Spent a wonderful weekend telling stories at Newton House, our local National Trust property.  The brief was to tell suitable stories for children to go along with their very successful food festival.  It reality I got far more adults than youngsters and found they were just as entranced by The Gingerbread Man and Stone Soup.

Storytelling in Tenby

Tenby in colour

Another great night of storytelling in Tenby at Cafe Vista.  Organised by Phil Okwedy the tellers included Pete Arnold and Kate de Buriatte, Will McMillan Jones, Deb Winter and . . . me!  This was the last session before the summer break but there’s a chance to catch Phil at the Beyond The Border Festival in July – and Deb will be July’s guest teller at the Carmarthen Storytelling Cafe on June 14th.

How Spooky Is That?

Come Inside

Introducing the first of a series of amazing new photos of the Creepy Carmarthen Tour taken by Carmarthenshire County Council to help publicise 2016: The Year of Adventure.  Thank you so much to Alex Llewelyn who took the amazingly atmospheric shots in and around the old police station at Castle House.
